Little on the pricey side but other than that, nice selection. Chewy was the best. Constant smile on his face very helpful and I walked out with a brand new pair of shoes. :)

Needed a pair of crocs quickly and opened the register early for me. Fantastic service. Won't buy shoes anywhere else from now on.

Came in the rogan's for the first time and was greeted by a young gentleman I have unique feet 13 4E hard to find but he knew right where they were as soon as I came in he asked is there something I can help you with and I said yes I need tennis shoes size 13 4 e and he was a good employee he took me to the more expensive side sort of like upselling but he also told me if I wanted the other brands they're on the other side I bought the more expensive ones then he had continued to help me find insoles very polite very respectful young man... Overall a good visit and got some good shoes

Some other rogans shoes had better options on skate shoes, but the ones I wanted were here, and I wanted the buy one get one half off, so I had to grab another pair here. But. It is what it is. Still wasent bad of a price for what I got

Super friendly sales staff. Julie worked with for a long time to make sure I had the right shoes for both work and home. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. They cleaned the counter in between each customer. Very clean.

UPDATE: 1/16/2025 I just wanted to thank Terri, who went over and above yesterday, helping us find a chair with arms, and hunting down the appropriate footwear for my husband, who is on crutches at this time, awaiting a hip replacement. She was SO patient, accommodating, and empathetic regarding our circumstances. It's not often you find customer service that's goes above and beyond, but she was a joy to work with, and we found 2 pairs of shoes for my husband. Rogans, you have a real gem of an employee in Terri. Huge thank you, Terri, you are a real asset to Rogans. (This review is from 2022) My husband and I have both been very impressed by the Rogan's off Eisenhower Drive. Julie and Isaac waited on us (separate visits), and they were very informative and helpful in our search for good walking shoes. I'd highly recommend this store, and these two employees.

Very helpful employees! They were happily willing to contact other stores for items they didn't have in stock and have shoes shipped directly to my house at no cost. The store was very busy with back to school shoppers, yet it was still very neat and organized.

Disorganized inventory on shelves, plenty of staff (4, none helpful) new policies, new name and I will not return.

Every time I bring my son who is on the spectrum to get new shoes, it is always such an amazing experience for him. Not only do the employees take their time and they are patient but they always find exactly what my little guy needs. Thank you so much for always being supportive.
